Is pizza the only catering option?
At the moment we offer Domino's Pizza as our catering supplier. If you have a special request we're happy to work out a solution for you, or if you book a Budget Party you're welcome to bring any food you like
Can we book out the whole center?
Yes you can! We offer private party time slots outside our usual trading hours
I have younger guests, will they enjoy it?
We recommend climbing for ages 4+ although it is dependant on the individual. Some children will be more comfortable than others with the heights.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes you can! You can bring any food, lollies, decorations and drinks that you like to make your party special.
Will parents have to stay to hold the ropes for the kids?
Yes. We recommend one adult (over 12 year old) to every three kids to assist holding the ropes. We do have 8 auto belay's that can be used without an adult at the bottom, however it's advisable to have an adult make sure that the child clips into this unit correctly.
What is a 'party host'?
Your party host is a designated staff member to run your party on the day. They will greet, harness and safety brief your group. Ensure your tables it set up and cleaned afterwards. As well as running games and entertaining your guests. Your party host can help with holding the ropes for your guests but they are only one person meaning one guest climbing at a time. We still recommend encouraging as many adults to stay back and help hold ropes as you can muster.
